At Elite Fuel, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition due to reasons not attributable to Elite Fuel.
Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 4–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit or debit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
If the issue persists, please allow additional processing time with your bank before further action.
Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are limited to the same item and are subject to inspection and approval.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on the customer’s location.
